Tender Published: 19th June 2025 12:54:22 PM Contracts FinderScope of Work The intended project involves the development of a solar-powered water pumping system (SWPS) to support rice irrigation in two rural villages in Samosir Regency, North Sumatra. The system is expected to improve agricultural productivity and support low-carbon development goals. The scope of work under the upcoming tender will broadly include: a) Design, supply, and installation of a solar powered water pump system with an estimated capacity of up to 63-98 kWp per village. b) Procurement and installation of solar-compatible water pumps sized based on site-specific irrigation requirements. c) Construction of basic water infrastructure, including HDPE piping networks, water reservoirs, and jetty (75-100m) or intake structures as needed. d) Delivery and placement of all supporting electrical and civil components, including mounting structures, cabling, and basic foundation works. e) Commissioning, testing, and handover of a fully operational system. f) Provision of training and documentation for local operation and maintenance teams. The contract is divided into two LOTS and in TWO different locations: a) LOT 1 - Pakpahan Village b) LOT 2- Sibonor Ompu Ratus Village c) Applicants will choose during the ITB stage to bid for either One Lot or both Lots, each lot is intended to form a separate contract. d) At this stage, only a general understanding of the scope is required to determine the applicant's eligibility and suitability Submission Requirements All documents must be compiled in English language and in a single PDF file.
