Cyclical Electrical Inspections & Remediations (EICRs) Curo are looking to appoint two providers to complete cyclical electrical inspections and remediations. This includes but is not limited to; • Electrical Inspection Testing (EICRs) across all general needs, market rent, choice and commercial offices/shops • We may on occasion ask for EICRs to be completed in our empty homes or communal areas • Remedial works identified from the inspection • Smoke detection updates and/or replacements The successful service providers will be awarded five-year contracts with no option to extend. Curo is tendering for the provision of the above requirement. The closing date for receipt of your expression of interest is given in the box below entitled - Date documents can be requested until. Important information: This tender is being conducted through the Curo supplier portal and all documentation is only available via this portal. Once you have registered and expressed interest in the project, all applicable documents are normally published to the secure area within 24 hours (via clicking on `My Tenders`). If after this time you have not received your email advising the tender documents have been published to the secure area, then contact the Procurement Team by sending a message through the correspondence function. An email will be sent to the `Publish Email` address supplied at registration when the documents have been published. The provision of physical guarding within an Education establishment as follows: 4.1 Security Contractor shall: 4.1.1 Provide an onsite manager (this can be one contact who is available on either Campus); 4.1.2 Ensure that Safer Recruitment processes are followed, in line with the College's recruitment procedures; 4.1.3 Use the College logo on all marketing and promotional material relating to work at the College; 4.1.4 Work with the College to identify areas of concern, incidents and improvements that could be considered; 4.1.5 Provide detailed information on incidents, developments and other information as requested by the College's Authorised Officer; 4.1.6 Work with the College to monitor students who may be at risk and inform Welfare immediately of any concerns; 4.1.7 Work with the Authorised Officer and the College's Designated Safeguarding Lead to support with tutorials and/or campaigns to raise awareness of 'keeping safe'; 4.1.8 Work with the College to provide Security for marketing events and activities, including but not limited to College Open Days; 4.1.9 Work with the College to provide innovative approaches to the management of Security utilising any new technologies and equipment; 4.1.10 Take responsibility for monitoring the CCTV cameras on both Campuses, working with the College's ICT Department to ensure there are no breaches of Security and that the Security Contractor meet the requirements of Cyber Security as required by the College; 4.1.11 Respond to Subject Access Requests for CCTV images, following the College's Policy on 'CCTV and BWV' and working with the College's Authorised Officer; 4.1.12 Use body worn video cameras in line with the College's Policy on 'CCTV and BWV' and cameras must only be used for the purposes of reduction and prevention [...]

Bath & North East Somerset wishes to establish a single provider Contract for the provision of ASC Support at Home Services. The procurement is run in accordance with the Procurement Act 2023, Light Touch Regime (LTR) above-threshold, one stage tender. The Support at Home Service will help people remain living at home, gain in confidence, and provide short term practical help after hospital discharge or following community or out-patient medical care to prevent admission to hospital. The service will deliver high quality support to individuals, free at the point of delivery, accepting referrals from health and care services, and approaches by the public. The service will provide an easily accessible front door via the Community Wellbeing Hub referral process and meet the needs of individuals across the geographical area of B&NES. It will actively engage with health, care and other third sector providers, promoting its services, ensuring that providers are aware of services offered. St Gregory's Catholic College ("the Authority") seeks to appoint an experienced Facilities-Management (FM) partner to deliver an integrated hard- and soft-FM service across the College's estate in Bath (postcode BA2 8PA). The successful contractor will assume single-point responsibility for statutory compliance, reactive and planned maintenance, staff management and value-for-money service delivery, in line with the Procurement Act 2023 light-touch regime for above-threshold services. The contract will support the school's objective of moving from a mixed in-house / multi-supplier model to a single accountable FM solution. Curo are inviting Suppliers to participate in Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) to help inform Curo's requirements in relation to any future procurement. The primary focus of the PME is to help Curo better understand the market and align the procurement strategy to industry standards. Curo use Salto Space access control management for the management of electronic door access to residential blocks. These blocks are fitted with either iButton or MIFARE wall readers, which fully integrate with the Salto Space access control platform, allowing Curo to programme Keyfobs from our offices and our residents to securely access their properties. It has come to Curo’s attention that the iButton Keyfobs have become obsolete, resulting in a requirement to decommission the current iButton wall readers at Curo’s blocks and to install a replacement system that works seamlessly with the Salto Space access control platform. The iButton system currently installed at Curo blocks are the Salto WRM1000 iButton wall readers. Curo have approximately 424 access points that currently use the iButton products, which include a mixture of 360 wall readers and 64 fob access handlesets over 83 sites and 1842 customers. Although these numbers are subject to change. Sites are located across Bath, Bristol and the surrounding areas. A programme that includes the decommissioning and disposal of the current iButton assets and the supply, installation and commissioning of a replacement solution would therefore be required.
