This opportunity is part of an exciting transformation programme which will significantly reconfigure the way support is delivered and see a residential home move to offer a supported living opportunity. It is important to note that this is not an invitation to tender, it is strictly a Preliminary Market Engagement Questionnaire, intended to capture market information. This is intended to be used to assist the Authority on deciding the next steps for the procurement of a suitable supplier(s) who can provide property development consultancy services. It is exploring scoping options around levels of interest of suppliers to engage in the delivery of such services plus some key questions around the Council’s thoughts on how to approach this. Key services likely to be required at pace are to provide development consultancy service to the Council which will include: i. Land, property and development advice, including indicative feasibility assessments where required. ii. For a full range of land uses, including commercial, residential, retail and leisure. iii.
