Following the completion of stock condition surveys, it was apparent there were significant common issues throughout the shopping parades within the Borough. Currently repairs are being undertaken on an ad hoc temporary basis. The project will focus on upgrading external lighting, replacing paving, resurfacing car parks and external decoration at the following shopping parades: 1. Studfall Avenue; 2. Rockingham Road; 3. Welland Vale Road; 4. Pytchley Court; and 5. Willowbrook Road.
