Notice Description
Tenders sought for the provision of removal and replacement of heating boilers as per design specification issued by PSB Consulting Engineers. Attached documents have full details of requirements and tender submission process. Additional information: Wokingham Town Hall is a Grade 2 * Listed Building Project is non notifiable to HSE. Contractor to submit Risk Assessments and Method Statements. R&D Asbestos Survey in place details of which will be released on the engagement of successful contractor. It is highly recommended that prospective contractors visit the site during the tendering period to familiarise themselves with any working restrictions.
