        "description": "The British Red Cross \"Red Cross\" is a humanitarian organisation that refuses to ignore people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We enable vulnerable people at home and overseas to prepare for and respond to emergencies in their own communities and when the crisis is over, we help people recover and move on with their lives. Red Cross has a potential requirement for the provision of Driver Licence and Health Checking Services across our organisation. These may include, however are not limited to, checks on the following: * DVLA Licence; * Grey Fleet Insurance; * Drivers Health; * Minimum Experience; and * MIDAS Training. Further details on the scope of requirements are contained within the attached documents. Interested parties are required to complete the attached Market Research Pro Forma by close of business on Friday 5 January. This will be used by the British Red Cross to gather market information and to determine market capability. Please return the Market Pro Forma to CameronKerr@redcross.org.uk It is anticipated that this information shall help inform British Red Cross' approach to the provision of these services. Red Cross reserves the right to use the market research pro forma submissions as a mechanism to shortlist suppliers for the Request for Quotation.",
