Gas and Electrical Quality Auditing 2020 - 25

Notice Description

Cobalt is seeking to enter into a contract with a suitably qualified Consultant to provide Gas and Electrical Quality Auditing Services between the hours specified in the contract document, Monday to Friday, plus an out of hours emergency service 365 days per year for Investigatory Audit Reporting of CO/Fumes Services are to include - * Domestic Gas and Electrical Post Service audits * Post Service Audit to Commercial Boilers * Second Opinion Corroboration Reports * Post Installation audits * Work in Progress audits * Investigatory Audit Report of CO/Fumes incidents * Legal Support * Training provision * Tender specifications * Social Value provision which may be included as part of the contract (please refer to the Pricing and data schedule for further details) Due to the nature of the service, the Consultant will be expected to act as a partner to Cobalt in its effort to manage the associated Servicing Contracts, so the Contractor is expected to be a driver for cost savings, and keep Cobalt up to date with relevant legislation and current best practice Additional information: Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : Yes
