Summary of the contracting process

PROCURE PLUS HOLDINGS LIMITED is undertaking a Framework Agreement for Fire Risk and Mitigation, targeting the provision of fire risk assessments, precaution work, and mitigation services primarily in social housing, with opportunities in public buildings such as schools and offices. This procurement is classified under the CPV code for fire-detection systems and falls within an open procurement method. The tender period concluded on 24th November 2017, with the contract period starting from 1st December 2017 and running until 1st December 2021. The framework's delivery addresses cover various regions across the United Kingdom.

This framework presents significant business growth opportunities for companies specialising in fire safety and compliance services, particularly those with a focus on social housing. Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are particularly suited to compete, considering the large value of the contract, which totals £163 million. Businesses that can deliver high-quality work while aligning with Re:allies' commitment to regeneration and employment creation will be in a strong position to secure contracts via this framework, especially in the North of England and Midlands regions.
