Contract Summary
Wiltshire Council's fostering marketing strategy is to recruit as many quality foster carers as possible. We want to increase traffic to our web pages and to people filling in the form to find out more information taking that first step to fostering. Wiltshire Council is seeking a provider to carry out digital marketing across key channels including google and social media including but not limited to Facebook and Instagram, maximising new trends and digital opportunities. The agency will also be required to publish online and hard copies of the council's advertorial, in local newspapers and magazines. There will be regular monitoring to assess the impact of campaigns, sentiment reporting and regular evaluation of the effectiveness of the digital activity to ensure it is 100% effective All the activity is designed to promote Wiltshire Council as the organisation of choice for fostering and is part of the council's wider communications and marketing plan to attract more foster carers each year.
