Notice Description

Provision of equal access lift, removal of stair lift, re-ordering of the reception area and the provision of equal access toilet facilities on this Listed Building at Southwold Town Hall, Market Place, Southwold. The Town Hall is of historic significance to the town and these works are to enhance its facilities and include the provision of equal access lift to first floor and equal access toilet to ground floor. Full details are as per the tender documents attached. The site may be visited during normal office hours by appointment with Brian Haward Chartered Architect, The Rope House, Station Road, Southwold, tel 01502 723535 0r 01502 723075 or by e mail; mail@suffolk-architects.co.uk. The tender is to be returned to Brian Haward at The Rope House, Station Road, Southwold, Suffolk , IP18 6EF by Midday on 30th July 2018 in a sealed envelope annotated TENDER SOUTHWOLD TOWN HALL. The fully itemised priced copy of the Specification and Schedule of Works substantiating your tender is to be returned with the tender in a separate sealed envelope which must provide the name of the Tendering Contractor as well as stating that is is the Specification and Schedule of Worksfor Southwold Town Council. Additional information: All other documents relating to this tender including the comprehensive works specification and explanatory drawings are available from Brian Haward at The Rope House , Southwold.
