Notice Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) intends to replace the boilers and control system at: St Catherine's Farm Court, Howlett Road, Ruislip, HA4 7RS - St Catherine's Farm Court is a Sheltered Housing scheme comprising of 32 one-bedroom flats within the main building. The shared facilities include; laundry lounges and kitchen. The heating plant room is located on the ground floor to the side of the building. Access to the plant room is via a double set of louvered doors. The buildings heating is served from 4 No. Regency Sangorgio SLP-245 gas fired Boilers. The hot water to the building is served from 2 x hot water calorifiers heated from the boiler plant which is sited within the boiler room. The heating system is commercial and is gravity fed. The Works include, but are not limited to the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and hand-over of a complete boiler system and the provision of certification, O&M Manuals and training to the Council's Representatives in charge of the schemes. Length of contract - The works duration is anticipated to be in the region of 4 - 5 weeks on site.
