Support for Care Experienced Young People
Notice Description
The property comprising six flats in Mid Cornwall is designed to provide safe, stable, and supportive housing for care experienced young people aged 18 to 25. Following a successful 12 month pilot, Cornwall Council is now undertaking a formal commissioning process in accordance with procurement legislation. Funding has been secured for a further 12 months, however this is a vital service that we intend to embed into our core provision. Subject to the outcome of the Autumn budget, our objective is to identify longer term funding to embed the Service into our core delivery.
