Notice Description

Norfolk County Council Local Area Network underpins all of the Authorities business services and therefore is crucial infrastructure. The Authority is seeking to procure and implement a modern, simpler and faster Local Area Network to replace its legacy infrastructure. Please note that the budget for this service is between PS500,000 to PS1,500,000. Bidders should be aware that any bids received at the ITT stage that exceed the PS1,500,000 maximum budget will automatically be rejected. Bidders should note that although the Council is conducting this procurement under the Competitive Dialogue Procedure, it will be a lean dialogue. Bidders will only be required to attend Norfolk County Council's premises for 1 day. The questions in the Invitation to Submit an Outline Proposal will be the same as the Invitation to Final Tender questions. Additional information: This procurement will be managed electronically via the Council's e-procurement system. To participate in this procurement, applicants must first be registered on the system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc. Full instructions for registration and use of the system can be found at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/norfolkcc/aspx/BuyerProfiles.
