Full details can be found on www.yortender.co.uk North East Lincolnshire Council requires a dynamic event management company to assume full management control of the Cleethorpes Carnival event from inception to live launch in July or August 2017.The ultimate goal is to produce a safe and successful event that helps contribute to the town's tourism and economic growth agenda to help make NEL a great place to live, work, invest and visit. The Council is looking for an event management company to organise, run and manage the Carnival for 2017.
