This encompasses: - Penalty Charge Notice issue and end-to-end PCN processing in accordance with legislation and regulations including: o incident review and PCN issue o automated and manual telephone call-handling services, o incoming and outgoing mail handling, o web hosting, o correspondence answering, - Notice Processing Software o Automated enforcement process o Real-time o Appeal management including letter writing module. o Interfaces with cashless parking, parking machines, Automated Telephone Payment systems, enforcement agencies, government organisations etc. o A web portal for the public to pay, review evidence or appeal. - Permit management software o Self-serve system o Virtual permits o CO2 Emissions based permits o Tiered Pricing o Real-time processing o Must interface with enforcement and notice processing management system. - Dispensation and suspension management software - Clamping and removal management software - Handheld mobile devices (hardware) and notice issuing software o Real-time processing o ANPR o Integrates with our cashless parking provider and parking machines. o Special messaging and persistent evader alerts o Electronic pocketbook - Approved CCTV enforcement devices (hardware) o Parking, bus lane and moving traffic enforcement o Cable of Clean Air and Low Emission Zones o Integrates with our notice processing software o Traffic monitoring and data gathering o White list - Civil enforcement officer mapping (software) o Real-time data o Management reporting o PCN hotspots o Redeploys patrolling officers - Annual Maintenance and support
