Evolve Facility Services are looking for a suitably qualified contractor to carry out their Repairs and maintenance contract for the Cumbria region of England. The tender is split into two lots. Lot 1 covers Carlisle, Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis. Lot 2 covers Workington, Barrow and South Lakes, only, however there may be opportunity for further works outside of this area on an adhoc basis. Evolve will only make an award against one of the lots. Evolve are looking for one contractor to deliver the works, the estimated annual value is PS300k per annum, the term of contract is 2 years plus the option to extend for a further 1 + 1 year.
