Tender for the Provision of Repair Works to Oak House - AWARD
Notice Description
Tender for the Provision of Repair Works to Oak House Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to invite interested organisations (Tenderers) to participate in a tendering exercise to establish a Contract Agreement for the Provision of Repair Works to Oak House. It is a Grade II listed timber frame building located in Oak Road, West Bromwich. B70 8HJ. The required works are to provide emergency repairs to the Belvedere from cherry picker and possible rear scaffold. Secondly, replacement of rainwater goods to the whole building, addition of new internal gutter through roof space and improvements to lighting and access in roof space area. The third priority is the removal of epoxy resin paint from porch timbers and associated repairs to porch structure. Work is estimated to commence in May 2017 for up to a 12 week period. Estimated budget for this project is PS80,000 Please see attached drawings, pre-construction information plan and specifications. The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to the ITT and other related documents.
