WM1 - Legionella Control and Water Management
Notice Description
LHC established a framework agreement comprising of: Workstream 1 - Water Hygiene Consultants Workstream 2 - Water System Maintenance & Associated Services This framework offers the services required to control Legionella, other waterborne pathogens and activities associated with the equipment supplying water. Including but not exclusively assists our member's requirement to fulfil their legal duties stated under - L8 Accepted Code of Practice and Guidance - Legionnaires' Disease the Control of Legionella Bacteria in Water, control other water pathogens, pipework corrosion, the risk from scalding, management of grey water and rainwater harvesting system and building using private water systems (ground sourced). Companies will be able to apply for both Workstreams LHC have national coverage, but seek regional operators that will offer their services in one or more of the following Regional lot(s): (Regional Number, Regional NUTS Code and Regional Description): 1) Lot I: Greater London 2) Lot JW: Home Counties West 3) Lot JS: Home Counties South 4) Lot KX: South West 5) Lot K3: Cornwall 6) Lot H1: East Anglia 7) Lot HX: Home Counties North 8) Lot F: East Midlands 9) Lot G: West Midlands 10) Lot E: Yorkshire & The Humber 11) Lot DX: North West 12) Lot D1: Cumbria 13) Lot C: North East Full details and ITT documentation are available at www.tenders.lhc.gov.uk Additional information: The form of the framework will be subject to an EU compliant tender engagement process and shall have consideration of the following: 1. to provide social landlords and other public sector bodies with a choice of competent suppliers, to deliver the service on a local basis. 2. to actively encouraged SMEs to participate, either individually or as part of a consortium or collective bid.
