Notice Description

The Borough Council of Bolton ("the Authority") is prepared to receive tenders for The Albert Halls Box Office & Ticketing Contract, which will be subject to the information, specification and tender package enclosed. TAH (The Albert Halls) is looking to appoint a provider for the supply of a ticketing solution for the administration of ticket sales and to provide a customer relationship management (CRM) solution. TAH (The Albert Halls) is looking to appoint a provider for the supply of a fully managed system covering sales, customer care, and CRM. This must include direct management of a purchasing application and ticket sales, technical support, marketing support, customer relationship management (CRM) support, secure dispatch of physical tickets, and customer service support through a contact centre. The term of the Contract will be for two (2) years with the option of up to two (2) twelve (12) month extensions available. It is intended for the Contract to commence on 1 April 2025.
