Notice Description

The University of the West of England is requesting tenders for a variety of optometry equipment for use in an on-site Eye Clinic. The clinic is to provide a controlled clinical environment for the year three optometry undergraduates s to see patients in a supervised environment. The facility will have 16 consulting rooms set up with combination units, fixed slit lamps with keratometers on movable arms. the consulting rooms will have test charts located behind the patient char, used with an ophthalmic mirror, and will use distance correcting software. The facility will also have four investigation rooms with movable equipment on height adjustable tables and comprise a mix of various visual fields, non-contact tonometry and imaging equipment.
