This will enable the Council to maximise its income through the issuing of the following: * Letters before action * Statutory Demands * Bankruptcy Petitions in relation to individuals or estates * Applications to annul bankruptcy order * Appeal of District Judge's decisions * Commencement of winding up proceedings * Charging Orders * Any none standard recovery action that may be required
