Panel for Damp & Mould Works and Strategic Complex Voids Panel
Notice Description
Sutton Housing Partnership (SHP) wishes to set up a Panel for Damp & Mould Works and Strategic Complex Voids across 2 LOTS to support the SHP repairs team, working in partnership to deliver excellent service to residents. There could be up to five contactors on each panel. This is an opportunity to work with the SHP repairs team, delivering higher value complex repairs that would not be picked as routine reactive and void works. This would include repairs to tenants homes as well as to communal areas. SHP are seeking multi-trade contractors to support its delivery for the following works: Damp & Mould Works (Lot 1) Strategic Complex Voids (Lot 2) Successful contractors will be appointed to a panel for a period of three years, subject to satisfactory performance. The procurement is being run by the London Borough of Sutton on behalf of Sutton Housing Partnership.
