Notice Description

The University requires the provision of Body Worn Video (BWV) Cameras for use by DMU, which in the main or in total is anticipated to be DMU Campus Security Staff; in line with our stated Statement of Requirements and ICT Solution Requirements forming part of this ITT. The University is looking to procure a minimum of 40 but potentially up to 52+ body worn video cameras. The objective of this ITT is to enable DMU to identify the Solution (including ongoing wrap around support and maintenance) which provides the best overall value, assessing both price and non-price factors. Additional information: All documentation required by tenderer's for information and completion is contained within the tender documents on the In-tend portal, for the Provision of BODY WORN VIDEO (BWV) CAMERAS, reference 2115. The link to the in-tend portal is: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/demontfort/aspx/Home De Montfort University ("the University") is seeking to procure via the ESPO (meaning the Eastern Shires Purchasing Organisation) Security and Surveillance Equipment & Services Framework, Framework Reference 628, Lot 7. All and only those Tenderers represented on Lot 7 'Body Worn Video (BWV) Cameras' are free to tender for this tendering opportunity and will be evaluated accordingly against the DMU's stated Selection, Award & Evaluation Criteria and Requirements contained within this ITT. Delivery Notes The above mentioned cost of PS49k only refers to the first year costs including supply of cameras.
