The Hold - Management and Maintenance Plan Consultant
Notice Description
The purpose of the brief is to write a Management and Maintenance Plan for the project. HLF funding divides a project into two phases: the Development and Delivery Phase. This consultancy will be appointed for the Development Phase of the project to: * research the background to the project * review of the collections, proposed new building and activities * consultation with staff and stakeholders to understand the management issues * consult with partners who might be able to help deliver the Plan * identify any risks to the heritage * formulate management and maintenance aims * draw up an action plan to manage and maintain the collections, building and activities over a ten year period * identify costs and resources.
