East Sussex County Council invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified companies interested in the operation and management of a destination Cafe situated within the new Seaford Library in Seaford Town Centre. The cafe will offer high quality prepared food and drinks and run as a stand alone business with the possibility of offering catering services to meetings and other functions within the same location. East Sussex County Council encourages applications from charities and social enterprises. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders.
