Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to establish a Framework agreement with multiple providers ("the Suppliers"), to deliver Driver Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC), Driver Assessment, Driver Training Licence Acquisition Additional information: This exercise is being conducted in electronic format (e-tender). If you wish to take part please register with Dudley MBC e-tendering website www.blackcountry business.co.uk and use the register/sign in button which is located on the left-hand side of the page and complete the registration forms. Following registration, an email will be sent to you advising of your user ID along with a reminder of your email address and password. Details of the project are located under the all opportunities link which is also where you can express an interest and receive the documentation. Once you have done this you must log back into the website using the details provided following registration and locate the contract document under tenders, my tenders on the menu. The tender should be received no later than Friday 13.12.2019 at 12:00 and will be available for download until 23:59on Thursday 12.12.2019. URL: www.blackcountrybusiness.co.uk To access documents bidders are required to register with the website. This may be done in 2 ways: 1) Use the register/sign in button located on the Home screen; or 2) Find the project under the all opportunities link and use the express interest button.
