Notice Description
Thirteen Group seeks to appoint a Contractor to undertake the refurbishment of communal areas and building fabric works on two blocks of flats in Dunlane Close, Middlesbrough. Work will include (but not limited to) Internal Plastering, Internal Woodwork, Doors, Decoration, Flooring, Lighting, Signage, remedial works for minor damp issues, External works to fascia boards, soffits, rainwater goods etc, Electrical Installations and other miscellaneous activities. The Contract is to be undertaken on a "Supply and Install" basis. NE Procurement Ltd is managing this procurement on behalf of Thirteen Group. Additional information: This is a further competition under NEP Framework DN128014 - Planned Repairs, Maintenance and Specialist Services Contractor Framework [OJEU Ref: 2016/S 094-169548] Lot 1.10 - Complete Service Provision
