Call off from RM6187 MCF3 Lot 5 HR A Transformation Partner to support achieving the following key outcomes: to define and implement a streamlined HR operating model which optimises efficiencies, reduces overall costs and improves the employee experience. to establish organisational structures and roles which optimise efficiency and effectiveness for HR operations. to define the outcomes and needs required to procure and implement an updated technology and data architecture and HRIS solution, to enhance the user experience and create opportunities for more efficient ways of working. Any solution should consider institutional dependencies, particularly Finance systems. to undergo process simplification and standardisation in order to fully utilise the new technology and data architecture and HRIS solution. to support the University staff community to successfully transition to the target HR operating model Additional information: An option to extend the commission is provisioned within the contract to direct award our work package 4 requirements. This option is in addition to the values cited on this notice.
