Notice Description
Sandwell MBC are currently seeking to appoint a suitably qualified firm of surveyors to negotiate the surrender of an existing ground lease and grant of a new lease on a parcel of land located in Tipton in the West Midlands. If you are interested in quoting for this work, please register/log in to the Intend Supplier portal to download the full documentation and submit your quote, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc . The closing date for all submissions is 15 Sept 2017 no later than 17.00hrs. Additional information: The Quotation Document(s) will be made available to suppliers who Express Interest on the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Tendering Portal.
