GB-High Wycombe: Minor works select list

Notice Description

The Council intends to identify a list of suitably qualified and experienced contractors who we may subsequently invite to tender for contracts for the maintenance and refurbishment of existing council buildings. The list will apply until January 11th 2019. Each contract may have a value of between PS 25,000 and PS150,000. The Council will be consolidating its first version of the list on 15th Jan 2018 and will refresh it regularly. The Council will continue to consider submissions provided they are received prior to 11 Jan 2019. The estimated value of the requirement stated in section 9 below is the maximum total value of all relevant works in a 12 month period. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
