RMBC- MB - (SQ stage) Repairs, Maintenance and Voids Management Contract
Notice Description
Runnymede Borough Council ('the Authority") wishes to procure the services of a Supplier to provide a responsive Repairs, Maintenance and Voids Management service ("the RMV service") to the Authority for it's Social Housing stock. As a consequence of its proposed contractual undertaking to the Authority, the Supplier will provide a comprehensive 24-hour responsive RMV service to all tenure types of the Authority's existing residential social housing properties, and any and all of the Authority's future social housing acquisitions during the proposed term, in accordance with the Authority's requirements where these are detailed in the tender documents. Additional information: This tender is to be completed electronically using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal.https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities. The SE Shared Services eSourcing portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing tendering and quotation activities reducing the time and effort required for both buyers and Potential Bidders. The portal allows for tender clarifications and submitting your bid electronically. In order to bid for this opportunity you will need to register your company on the SE Shared Services portal.
