ICT17048 - Supply of a Planning Development Management System, including Section 106 Agreement Monitoring Software with Associated Services
Notice Description
Derbyshire County Council would like to hear from suppliers willing to share information about their approach to providing a Planning Development Management System, including Section 106 Agreement Monitoring Software with Associated Services. The Council is looking into procurement options for a fully functional System to administer and manage the Council's planning processes and Section 106 Agreements. Key features may include: * Management of workflows; * Creation of individual planning records; * Validation process to identify conservation areas; * Automatic generation of a Consultee list and the subsequent provision of any relevant information to those Consultee's; * Generation of templates; * Functionality for System Users to monitor planning conditions, breaches of planning control, legal agreements and other planning obligations. * Notifications and alerts; * Search functionality; * Comprehensive reporting suite; * The ability to store and manage documents; C * Manage and publish planning applications online; * Data Migration; * Training; * Implementation; * Support and maintenance; * Account management; and * Integration to other Council systems. Suppliers that are interested in responding need to register on the Council's electronic tendering system to download documentation by 5:00pm on 14th February and submit a response by 11.00am on 21st February 2018. To access the documentation please click the "apply online" button at the bottom of this advert. This SMT exercise is being advertised in OJEU and a PIN notice was submitted on 22nd January 2018.
