Renewal of support and licensing is required for the following device serial numbers: - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 665564 - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 665565 - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 663874 - MNT-STM-2000-L-1 S/N: 665562 Of the two service support offerings (Gold or Platinum), we have historically and still require Gold Protection level, which provides the following: * 24x7x365 Global Support Centre assistance * Customer Support Portal access * Online knowledge base, technical documentation and support forum access * Software updates * Hardware replacement * Customer Enabled Escalation on the CSP * Maintenance Window Coverage * Support Notifications * In-depth Root Cause Analysis on demand * E-Learning access
