The BFI requires a van for the cooled transport of motion picture film and other heritage collection items. The load bay should benefit from moderate cooling (c. 16c). The ability of the van to deliver reliable and very cost effective service is crucial. The load space typically will be temperature controlled to 16oC in all weathers. The ability of the system to deliver a lower temperature, down to 5oC, is also required The Contract shall be for the purchase of the vehicle and additional warranty for a minimum period of 3 years or 100,000 miles.
