Notice Description
The Council is currently reviewing whether there is a commercially viable model to partner in the delivery of a cafe at its crematorium on Huntingdon Road. As part of that option appraisal, the council is seeking to understand: * If such an operation would be considered commercial viable by the industry, and, if so * What would the operating and contractual model look like? Please advise your preferred option commercial arrangement for example: * Full market rent * Subsidised/Stepped rent and open book share of gross turnover * Open book share of gross turnover * What food offer would you deem to be most suitable for this market? * What would you expect annual customer numbers to be?
