Notice Description
The Council has a requirement for a range of Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) planned preventative and responsive maintenance services. The tender has been split into 4 lots: Lot 1 - Air conditioning and ventilation fans Lot 2 - Emergency lighting and reactive electrical maintenance Lot 3 - Gas/associated equipment and reactive mechanical maintenance Lot 4 - Lightning protection and chimneys Tenderers can bid for an individual or combination of lots however, only a maximum of 2 lots can be bid for.
