Wigan Council: Establishment of a framework for the provision of Building and Associated Works up to a value of PS250,000
Notice Description
Wigan Council intends to procure a panel of contractors to be part of a framework covering Building and Associated works. The framework will consist of 2 lots. Lot 1 will have a value of up to PS100,000 and lot 2 will have a value of from PS100,000 to PS250,000. The scope of works within this framework is Building and Associated works. This includes, but is not limited to, general building, construction and alterations to Council premises and the like. The Council is looking to appoint between 5-6 contractors per lot. These will be the top 5-6 highest scoring bidders provided there are sufficient compliant and satisfactory responses within the tender. Potential providers submitting responses must be able to deliver all of the works required for the project, either themselves or through their direct supply chain. The framework period is 3 years. All queries documents are available on The Chest, please submit all queries via The Chest's messaging function and ensure all required documentation is submitted in advance of the deadline. (due to limitations on CPV code numbers allowed on Contracts Finder notice, please refer to "CPV Code Criteria" document on The Chest.
