Charnwood Borough Council accessed G-Cloud 10 framework - RM1557 for the supply of Storage Area Network (SAN). The agreement covers; Remote support and Diagnosis, onsite part replacement. Licence to use & software update, 24 x 7 remote support. 30min P1 remote support. 24 x 7 Hardware support with 4 hour response. 3rd line support is backed off to the manufacturer.
