Request for Information - Video & Animation Services
Notice Description
The University of Warwick currently uses a range of suppliers for video and animation services, however has no formal preferred supplier list in place and has not previously conducted any market engagement in this area. The University is therefore seeking to explore the market for suitably experienced potential suppliers of video and animation services. It should be noted that this is a Request for Information (RFI) Exercise. It is not a competitive exercise and is for information gathering purposes only. We are interested in hearing from potential suppliers who can support on the creation of engaging video content across all aspects of the production cycle, from pre-production to editing. In order to find out more and complete the RFI questionnaire please refer to our procurement portal In-Tend: http://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofwarwick. (Project Ref:CP-02-17-Video-Marketing). Any queries in relation to this requirement should be directed to the University of Warwick via the correspondence functionality of the In-Tend system. The Closing date for this RFI is midday, Thursday 9th March 2017. The University of Warwick is not a contracting authority for the purposes of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as amended) and its procurement activities are not subject to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 or the obligations under the European Public Procurement Directives, including the European Remedies Directive. Advertisement of any contract in the Official Journal of the European Union or Contracts Finder is at the sole discretion of the University and is undertaken on a voluntary basis with no implied obligation to comply with the procurement legislation.
