A concession contract opportunity for the provision of a Civil Debt Enforcement service: focusing on: collection of road traffic debts (parking fines) arising from the enforcement of decriminalised parking restrictions, sundry debts, housing rents, the non-payment of Council Tax and non-payment of National Non-Domestic Rates.
