EHRC 1718-74 Evalutaion of Telephone support service for advisers
Notice Description
The Equality and Human Rights Commission is providing a second tier helpline for frontline agencies (including the advice sector, trade unions, solicitors and ombudsman schemes). Tenders to evaluate the helpline are invited. The evaluation must address both the impact of the second tier helpline, and process matters concerning its operation - whether the helpline achieves the aim of improving the quality of advice to the public on equality and human rights matters, and whether it operates efficiently.
