Notice Description

The University of Sheffield is seeking a Media Agency responsible for the day to day account management of our institutional Weibo and WeChat accounts, their upkeep and adherence to university branding and accessibility guidelines. To be responsible for content development on Weibo and WeChat - designing, scheduling and sharing posts to ensure maximum effectiveness. This output should be based on our social media principles of utility, responsiveness, connection and representation, alongside with a deep understanding of our audience. To manage the University's reputation, the Media Agency should report on the impact of our channels and monitor mentions of the university on Weibo and WeChat to highlight potential issues affecting reputation. To proactively make suggestions on content, formats and process to ensure the ongoing development of our Weibo and WeChat channels. To also provide crucial consultation and insight into content approaches, audience need and issue management. Tender Process and Documentation: This is an Open exercise.
