Sandwell MBC are currently seeking a supplier to appoint a suitably qualified firm of surveyors to provide a valuation report to comply with Part 7 of the Charities Act 2011: Charity Land, Restrictions on dispositions of land in England and Wales. If you are interested in quoting for this work, please register/log in to the Intend Supplier portal to download the full documentation and submit your quote, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc . The closing date for all submissions is 15th September 2017 no later than 17.00hrs. Additional information: The Quotation Document(s) will be made available to suppliers who Express Interest on the Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council Tendering Portal. To access the portal please click the following link https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc You will be required to log into an existing account or register a new one.
