Notice Title

ES/DIO TEPs Campaign

Notice Description

- Develop and implement hyper-local behavioural change campaigns (in line with the GCS behavioural change and COM-B models) that result in a reduction in the number of incursions (individuals stray-ing into restricted areas), and near-miss incursions, on the UK De-fence Training Estate and Overseas Training Estate, thus reducing the liability risk to the MOD, reducing the instances of training be-ing interrupted or stopped, and reducing the individual health, safety and well-being risk(s) to members of the public. - For locations in the East of England (Donna Nook and Holbeach) the issue is not incursions - it is removal of ordnance by the public. This campaign will have a different call to action and specific ob-jective to the others, but the core objective will remain the same, in terms of preventing injury or loss of life. - Increase the public's awareness of safety concerns when accessing the estate, specifically increasing the number or people who associ-ate higher levels of risk/danger when on the estate. This will be set against new and existing response rates conducted via research with targets agreed with the Provider.
