EEM0071 Vacant Property Services Framework
Notice Description
Efficiency East Midlands Ltd (EEM) is a procurement consortium which establishes and manages a range of framework agreements. Our members include organisations providing services to the whole public sector including social housing providers, local authorities, blue light services and education and health related organisations. Efficiency East Midlands (EEM Ltd) is releasing this prior information notice to inform the market of our intention to renew our Vacant Property Services Framework. The framework is a new framework based on demand from members to support with their vacant property services requirements and will replace our existing Void Property Services Framework (EEM0071) that is due to expire in November 2024. For further information please visit our website: https://eem.org.uk/ (https://eem.org.uk/) We are conducting a market engagement exercise as part of the process for the renewal of our existing Void Property Framework that expires in December 2024. The answers we receive within this questionnaire will help us with the preparation of the tender pack. As part of our market engagement we are looking for suppliers to answer our market engagement questionnaire, we encourage and welcome suppliers to complete and return the questionnaire by completing the link below: https://forms.office.com/e/gmqpJR41qS If you have any further questions please feel free to contact me by email: olivia@eem.org.uk. Please respond by Monday 1st July 2024 by 5pm.
