1. Introduction This document sets out a specification for the procurement of a provider to deliver innovative behaviour science-led campaign across south London (SELCCG and SWLCCG). It is possible that the campaign scope could increase if other neighbouring regions decide to participate. The aim of the procurement is to provide the SELCCG with data-driven behaviour change campaign that responds to scope and aims detailed below. The provider will develop content and creatives which, through randomised trials, will resonate with our audiences and prompt them to take action. The campaign will focus and aim of maximising the actions and outcomes of South London Listens Mental Health Action Plan. The approach will also provide a learnings of a successful behaviour science-led approach for future projects. The successful bidder will be awarded to a provider framework for a period of 6 to 9 months and will be required to be available to provide services to plan and deliver of the Free Your Mind- phase 3 campaign. 2. Scope The COVID-19 pandemic has had an impact on all aspect of our lives and on our physical and mental health. COVID-19 has brought many new challenges; but it has also had an amplifying effect on pre-existing inequalities in both society and health services, threatening the most vulnerable in our communities. Affected communities and groups are those already experiencing significant health inequalities, including those from black and minority ethnic groups, and people who are economically and socially disadvantaged. The Free Your Mind - phase 3 campaign will work in partnership with the South London Listens Programme to support some of the priorities and actions included in the South London Listens Action Plan published in Nov 2021. The Free Your Mind - phase 3 will support and complement the face to face approach that South London Listens is implementing to deliver the action plan set up to help prevent a mental ill-health crisis as a direct result of the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Free Your Mind - Phase 3 Campaign objectives * Recruiting Mental Health Digital Activists - Digital commitment how they can help by signing up a pledge and commit to share SLL information and signpost to MH and wellbeing services/Free Your Mind hub * Promote wellbeing hubs * Help reduce inequalities through targeting areas where mental ill-health is highest and access to services lowest * Drive people to take action about their mental wellbeing through accessing services (Kooth, IAPT, etc) or using self-help/wellbeing techniques * Drive traffic to South London Listens through Free Your Mind microsite * Raise awareness and encourage people with mental health problems to access Work Well advice line Additional information: The contract is a going to be for 9 months. The Contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2022, with the possible deadline for delivery of the service being 31 January 203. Bidders are requested to review the contents of the Request for Quotation guidance document carefully, register their organisation, and express their interest in the RFQ via the e-tendering portal (ProContract). RFQ documentation can be accessed following initial registration and expression of interest via the e-tendering portal: https://proContract.due-north.com/register Any reference to "the e-tendering portal" should be considered reflective of the above web address.
