Notice Description

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea wants to meet audience needs more effectively through its website Homepage | Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (rbkc.gov.uk) The site should meet the Local Government Digital Service Standard, which prioritises understanding user needs through user research and analytics, utilising appropriate tools and systems, making sure users 'succeed first time' and encouraging maximum usage, in line with the Customer Access Strategy. We are looking to procure a partner with specialist capabilities to assist us with this. There are a number of pieces of work that we will commission as part of this arrangement, with the following being the first two activities. - Deliver guidance and standards for staff to produce clear, impactful, persuasive and accessible content on the website. - Produce an approach to website data to enable understanding of user experience, performance of the website (to include content and transactions) enabling the organisation to make decisions and continuously improve. The Council is ideally seeking to engage with SMEs with relevant experience to discuss what this service may look like.
