Notice Description

Bracknell Forest Council is seeking to appoint a single Framework Supplier to deliver specialist printing services for Electoral Services. The Supplier shall provide fit for purpose electoral registration and elections printing service solution to realise our objective of centralising printing activity, where this is cost effective, and to make operational efficiencies within the electoral services team where possible. ** 14-Oct-16 Questions and Answers added to South East Business Portal** ** 21-Oct-16 Updated Questions and Answers added to South East Business Portal** Additional information: The Framework duration will be for a maximum of 4 years, covering an initial period of 2 years plus 2 optional extensions, each of 1 year (i.e. 2 + 1 + 1) starting from March 2017. Estimated Framework value over the four years ranges from PS300,000 to PS500,000. Organisations must register their interest on the South East Business Portal in order to receive any changes or notifications issued by the Council during this tender process. The Council will not be held responsible for lack of communication to any organisation who does not register their interest.
