The contract/s in the following tender is/are for the support, maintenance and transformation of: The tender will be conducted in 5 (five) Lots; Lot 1 - The Council's main IP Telephony and Contact Centre functionality. Lot 2 - Local Area Network including Wireless LAN. Lot 3 - Wide Area Network (WAN). Lot 4 - Provision and Support of Internet Security / Proxy Service Lot 5 - All in one (Lots 1 to 4) LBH require the winning supplier(s) across all lots to take on the support of all current infrastructure from 1st April 2021 when current support contract ends.
