Notice Description

Bromford aims to invest in its homes, maintaining them to a high standard and preventing the occurrence of responsive repairs. Bromford has individual relationships with more than 100,000 customers and aims to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction, and advocacy, by providing homes in great condition, which enable its customers to thrive. Every home is required to be visited at least once every 6 years. In some instances, this period is reduced depending on use and the demand put up on it by its occupants. The cyclical decoration programme is aligned with the four Bromford localities / areas, allowing delivery and reporting to be administered at a local level. Based on the current number of Bromford homes, circa 43,000, the annual cycle decorations and pre-decoration repairs programme is estimated at just over 7000 units, or around 1800 units, per locality, per annum. Key output requirements are as follows: Bromford requires the supply of high-quality cycle decorations and pre-decoration repairs to homes as set out and in accordance with the Specification and other Employer's Requirements supplied with the ITT. Potential suppliers must have read all Contract Documents supplied with the ITT prior to returning their tender to ensure it can meet with Bromford's requirements. In submitting their tender response, potential suppliers, will by such action, confirm that they have reviewed the Specification and all other Contract Documents and are confident that they have the required knowledge, resource, and expertise to meet the requirements set out therein, including experience of delivering similar specifications for other customers. Estimated Programme of Work In summary, the total estimated number of homes requiring cycle decorations and pre-decoration repairs, by geographical area / Lot, during the initial contract term (6 years), is set out in the table below: - Lot, Locality, estimated number of properties to be decorated per annum, estimated total number of properties to be decorated throughout contract term (6 years) :- 1 - North - Staffordshire & the Marches 1790 10740 2 - North - Central 1790 10740 3 - South - North Gloucestershire 1790 10740 4 - South - West of England 1790 10740
